Robert Griffin

Robert Griffin is Co-Founder and Broker of Record of LendingXpress, a mortgage broker/lender based in Irvine, CA. LendingXpress is a commercial, hard money, and residential broker/lender, specializing in loans for real estate ranging from $100,000 to $18,000,000. Loan types include purchase, refinance, investment, cash-out, and bridge loans. Our custom loan programs offer the ideal financing solution for borrowers who don’t qualify for traditional financing and need a quick close.

Mr. Griffin began his career in the late 90’s working for his father, who was a mortgage broker for 30 years. He then branched off and started his own brokerage in 2002, growing it to more than 20 loan officers. After the crash in 2008, he transitioned to real estate sales where he achieved top producer status as a partner in a top-ranked real estate group. He went on to obtain his broker’s license in 2012.

In 2011, he co-founded Media Ocean, Inc., a top lead generation marketing company in Orange County, generating leads for businesses across industries, from colleges and universities to IT service companies.

From Media Ocean, LendingXpress was born — built on his years of experience in the mortgage industry. He is now recognized as one of the leading experts in mortgage transaction management in the Orange County market. His primary duties include managing mortgage operations, compliance, process automation, and market analysis among other responsibilities.

When Mr. Griffin is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, working on personal development, and finding homes to flip.
